RECENT NEWS AND CURRENT EVENTS
To the Extended West Roseville Veterinary Hospital Family:
Updated March 22, 2022
Please note that we are unable to accept New Clients at this time.

Starting April 1st, our lobby will be OPEN!!!
We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding as we have navigated these challenging times with extreme caution for your safety and the safety of our staff. When our lobby opens, please note that face coverings will be required for unvaccinated clients, but will become optional for vaccinated clients. Since it has been awhile, please find our lobby instructions below.
For clients that prefer limited contact, we will still be accepting and encouraging you to schedule drop-off or curbside appointments. If you prefer our staff to wear a face covering during personal interactions, we are happy to accommodate; please make such requests with the receptionist when scheduling appointments.
For all clients, we ask that you continue to be mindful and respectful of our COVID protocols. When in our clinic, please continue to keep a safe distance from other clients and staff. If you are ill or experiencing any COVID symptoms, please consider rescheduling your appointment or changing to your appointment to curbside service. Please be considerate of those around you that may be immunocompromised. Adherence to these protocols helps to keep our staff safe, allows us to keep our doors open, and ensures that we are able to provide the highest level of care for your pets.
Please note that we may update our COVID protocols according to OSHA guidelines and local outbreaks.

Lobby Instructions are as follows:

1. Dogs are to be on a leash at all times! If you use a retractable leash, please keep it locked and as close to you as possible, for the safety of your pets and others.
2. Cats are to be in carriers at all times! Please no leashes or harnesses for your feline friends, as it is unsafe, and can quickly lead to an incredibly stressful visit.
3. If you have a pet that is extremely anxious, nervous, dog aggressive, or needs any kind of special attention, please remain in your vehicle and check-in with the receptionist by phone or text before entering the building, so that we can make any necessary adjustments to the lobby space.
4. Although we love to see our pets play and interact with others, please remember that our lobby is a hospital setting, and that some of our patients are sick, or might not want to be approached. Please keep your pets with you at all times, and avoid pet-to-pet interactions; these situations are unpredictable, and can lead to unnecessary stress and injury.

It has been such a pleasure to see all of your faces in our building again! We are looking forward to a little bit of normalcy, and kindly ask that you continue to do your part in helping us get there.

Please remember that we are able to assist you via our online pharmacy www.westrosevillevet.vetsfirtschoice.com.

Please contact us at 916-773-3451 or wrvhstaff@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
